Verification Engineer- Complete Vehicle

We are now looking for a Verification Engineer within Complete Vehicle for Combustion and Electrical Drivelines to join our client in the automotive industry.

Job description:

● Verifying end-user-functions for complete vehicle, for combustion and electric drivelines

● Providing software and hardware developers with customer perspective feedback and assisting in fault-tracing software issues.

● Reviewing functional requirements to develop test cases

● Help advance the development of new testing methods and procedures within the team

● Plan and coordinate testing activities

● Interpret and work with detailed engineering specifications and technical documents

Experience and tools required:

● Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Embedded Software verification (preferably within the automotive domain)

● Solid understanding of vehicle technology, especially electrical systems architecture

● Strong background in complete vehicle test.

● Ability to read, analyze, and implement engineering specifications

● Proficiency in English – both written and spoken.

● Batchelor degree in Electrical /SW /Mechatronics Engineering or similar

● Experience in HIL rig testing

● Fault tracing and bug fixes

● Securing quality and readiness before release

● Self-motivated, must be able to take own initiatives

● Vector tools: CANalyzer and CANoe, Programming experience (preferable Pyhton), SystemWeaver, SW configurator
