Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth project execution and client success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management — preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong market awareness and the ability to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Multicultural background or experience working in diverse environments is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
