Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth project execution and client success.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management — preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong market awareness and the ability to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Multicultural background or experience working in diverse environments is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
