Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Information Specialist / QA Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Create detailed tutorials and guides to support end users throughout their developer journey
• Review, edit, and publish API documentation and other content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to standards
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences
• Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and implement improvements
• Collaborate in the planning stages of development to maintain high-quality testing standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Work closely with Product Development Teams, Engineers, Digital Product Owners, and stakeholders to promote developer self-service
• Ensure all documentation and portals are well-structured, bug-free, and maintainable

What you bring:

• University degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in creating end-user documentation and performing software/website QA
• Strong problem-solving mindset, analytical skills, and commitment to quality standards
• Knowledge of information architecture principles and familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in complex global organizations and software development projects is a plus
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken, with a valid Swedish work permit if not an EU citizen
