About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Facility to oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale industrial facility projects. This role is responsible for managing all phases of facility development, from planning and design to execution and commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and commissioning of facility projects.

Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation.

Ensure compliance with industry-specific safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Provide regular reports to stakeholders on progress, risks, and key milestones.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

Extensive project management experience (15+ years) in large-scale industrial, construction, or engineering projects.

Hands-on experience managing facility construction and integration.

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Deep knowledge of construction systems, industrial processes, and project management methodologies.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Proactive problem-solving and risk management abilities.

Fluent in English; knowledge of Swedish or Italian is a plus.
