Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Provide first-line IT support to users via phone, email, and on-site assistance.
 - Register and manage support cases through the case management system.
 - Handle account management tasks in Active Directory, including activation and password administration.
 - Perform troubleshooting in Windows environments and commonly used applications.
 - Support users with account activations, password resets, and data imports/exports.
 - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of user issues and maintain high service quality.
 - Work on-site in central Stockholm according to the client’s schedule and security requirements.
 
What you bring:
- Proven experience in providing user support for commonly used software and IT environments.
 - Hands-on experience with case management systems.
 - Strong communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish.
 - A genuine interest in technology and user support.
 - Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and helpful approach.
 - Ability to explain technical matters in a clear and pedagogical way.
 - Flexibility regarding working hours and support needs.
 - Swedish citizenship and willingness to undergo security screening in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
 - Meritorious: Prior experience working within environments regulated by the Security Protection Act.
