Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support data-driven product development and performance measurement across digital products and markets.

What You Will Work On

• Establish and maintain product metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks
• Support data-driven product development and decision-making
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering teams on analytics initiatives
• Develop PowerBI dashboards for growth tracking and business reporting
• Enable stakeholders and markets to independently monitor performance
• Design and maintain complex PowerBI data models
• Integrate and analyze user, organization, and event-based data
• Analyze insights from web and product analytics platforms
• Track and report progress against OKRs and KPIs
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
• Support governance and quality of reporting and analytics assets

What You Bring

• Strong skills in planning, coordination, and stakeholder management
• Excellent analytical capability with strong communication skills
• Proven experience working with analytics in digital product environments
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with web and app analytics tools, such as Mixpanel
• Strong experience building dashboards and data models in PowerBI
• Good SQL knowledge with ability to extract, structure, and analyze data
• Experience transforming analytics into business and product recommendations
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
