Sales & Business Development Manager - Kress
Positec Nordic is looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager in Sweden, a role where you will be developing and driving sales with a variety of innovative new products through our dealer network. You will have the ability to continuously identify and explore new opportunities, as well as implement annual promotional plans for all ranges.
In this commercially focused role, you will manage dealers and partners, develop new business and play a central part in expanding Kress– one of the most dynamic brands in power tools and garden technology.

What you will do
You will manage a portfolio of dealers in Sweden, with responsibility for growth, profitability and long-term development. Collaborating closely with the Sales Director Nordics and cross-functional teams, you will shape commercial direction and secure strong market presence for Kress.
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and grow sales with dealers and customers (new and existing)
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and execute sales strategies and annual activity plans
- Lead commercial negotiations and agreements with customers like golf & sports clubs, municipalities and others
- Monitor dealer performance & profitability and increase their commercial capabilities
- Analyse market trends and competition
- Represent Kress at dealer meetings, events and trade fairs
- Build strong, long-term partnerships and commercial collaboration
Who you are
You are a business-oriented Sales person who understands commercial drivers and enjoys building strategic relationships. You combine analytical ability with strong execution and clear ownership of results. We believe you have a proactive mindset with an ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
We believe you bring:
- Extensive experience in sales, preferably from selling outdoor products or other product categories
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and business development
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Experience working with dealer channel, customers and branded products
- Strong communication skills in English and Swedish
- Experience working with KPIs, profitability and forecasting
Preferred but not required:
- A genuine interest in technology, especially in robotic mower technology and commercial battery tools, is a plus.
Location
This position is based in Sweden, preferably in the Jönköping region but we are open to candidates located elsewhere in the country.
You will report to the Sales Director Nordics.
