Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Team Lead / Node Owner – Product Development to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and coach a cross-functional team within Electrical & Electronics Engineering to deliver on committed product development objectives.
- Facilitate and coordinate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, PI planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Identify and remove risks or obstacles to ensure the team meets its goals and commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement in team performance, collaboration, and ways of working.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels and departments, acting as a gatekeeper to secure efficient workflows.
- Oversee team workload and ensure balanced distribution of tasks while setting priorities in alignment with the Group Manager and System Owner.
- Contribute with your own technical expertise within development in addition to leadership responsibilities.
- Own, develop, and maintain ECU and embedded software (ESW) for all types throughout the complete software lifecycle.
- Ensure ECU software and hardware meet technical, quality, time, and cost requirements in alignment with standards and strategies.
- Coordinate and document new ECU and ESW releases, ensuring accuracy in KOLA, SystemWeaver, and RxSWIN JSON structures.
- Support integration and testing of functionality in the vehicle and contribute to the creation of Body Builder Instructions (BBI).
- Collaborate globally with internal and external suppliers and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, innovative, and compliant software solutions.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in embedded hardware/software development, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proven leadership experience, including team coaching, performance management, and agile delivery.
- Strong technical understanding of ECU functionality, embedded software, and vehicle electronics architecture.
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 and systems, tools, and processes.
- Experience in system and architectural design within Instrument Cluster, Connectivity, or related domains.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across multicultural environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a structured and proactive approach.
- Passion for technical innovation, continuous improvement, and team development.
- Ability to make decisions regarding ECU/ESW documentation, releases, and strategy planning within compliance framework.
