Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Automotive Hardware & Software to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead complete cross-functional automotive projects, encompassing both hardware and software components.
• Manage teams with representatives from Product Development, Verification & Validation, Production, Purchasing, Service Market Technology, and other functions.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from Group Trucks Technology, Electromobility organization, Connected Solutions, and other departments as required.
• Act as both Chief Project Manager and Technical Project Manager depending on project needs.
• Ensure delivery of project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across functions to optimize project outcomes and adherence to Group standards.

What you bring:

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in the automotive industry, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• University degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to handle projects with combined hardware, software, and electrical/electronics content.
• Flexibility and adaptability to take on both technical and managerial responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational capabilities.
