Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Production & Industrialization to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Plan, coordinate, and implement development and production projects to ensure timely delivery with the right quality.
• Lead industrialization activities and drive product maturity.
• Achieve, report, and follow up on project goals, KPIs, and metrics.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks within projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project members, program teams, and stakeholders.
• Report project status and progress to steering groups and management.
• Collaborate across functions including production technology, planning, purchasing, and production quality.

What you bring:

• Relevant university degree in technology or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing or process industry.
• Strong operational and strategic thinking with the ability to take ownership and drive results.
• High commitment, initiative, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driving license.
• Merits include understanding of production processes (planning, preparation, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, delivery) and experience in production management or production technology.
