As Head of People at our Stockholm Head Office, you will serve as a strategic partner in driving our People initiatives and shaping our overall people strategy. You will also act as the People Business Partner for the Marketing & Communications department. This role combines both strategic and hands-on responsibilities — leading the development and implementation of People strategies aligned with our business goals, in close collaboration with the People Director.

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration or equivalent
· +10 years in HR or People Operations roles
· Extensive strategic & stakeholder management experience
· Professional fluency in English
