Multi-Cuisine Chef & Hotel Support

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Chef to join our restaurant and hotel team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, dedicated to excellence, and flexible in supporting both kitchen and housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present dishes at the highest level across multiple cuisines, including:
• Sushi (advanced expertise required)
• 
  
• Italian cuisine
• 
  
• Pakistani cuisine
• 
  
• Arctic fish specialties
• Cook for large-scale events and banquets with consistency and quality.
• 
  
• Collaborate with the team to design diverse and seasonal menus.
• 
  
• Serve breakfast to hotel guests with attention to detail and hospitality.
• 
  
• Wash and maintain all kitchen dishes, utensils, and equipment to professional standards of hygiene.
• 
  
• Support the hotel housekeeping team part-time by cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to a professional standard.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a professional chef with multi-cuisine skills.
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of sushi techniques and seafood preparation.
• 
  
• Experience in event catering and high-volume service.
• 
  
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel environment.
• 
  
• Experience in dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning.
• 
  
• Knowledgeable about hygiene routines and best practices; a food hygiene course certificate or diploma is highly appreciated.
• 
  
• Languages required: Swedish, English, and French or Italian.
• 
  
• Additional languages are a strong advantage.
• 
  
• Ability to work in a multicultural team and adapt to an international guest profile.
• 
  
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive team spirit.
• 
  
• Valid driving licence and own car are required (no public transport is available to the location).
