Your role

As a Director in Business Technology, you will lead strategic engagements that drive technology-enabled business transformation. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering innovative solutions that blend deep business understanding with cutting-edge technology, with a particular focus on agile operating models, cloud transformation, and digital IT acceleration.

You will:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact transformation programs for our clients.

• Shape and execute technology strategies that align with business goals and industry trends.

• Champion agile methodologies and coach clients through agile transformations at scale.

• Build and grow trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to CIOs, CDO's and CTOs.

• Drive business development, including proposal creation, client presentations, and thought leadership.

• Collaborate with global Capgemini teams and ecosystem partners to co-create value-driven solutions.

Your profile

• Proven experience in leading large-scale digital and agile transformation programs.

• Deep understanding of business technology, enterprise architecture, and IT operating models.

• Strong track record in agile advisory and delivery, including frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and DevOps.

• Experience advising senior stakeholders and managing complex client relationships.

• A passion for innovation, sustainability, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

• Fluency in English.
