About this opportunity:
Join our team at Ericsson Microwave as a Test Environment Engineer!
We are seeking a highly motivated Test Environment Engineer to help design, build, configure, integrate, and troubleshoot everything required to test and develop Ericsson’s MINI-LINK product - including IT infrastructure, services, tools, instruments, and telecom equipment.
Our team plays a vital role in ensuring that approximately 500 hardware and software developers have what they need to deliver the MINI-LINK product successfully.

What you will do:
* You will be part of a multinational team that collaborates with software and hardware product development, testing, and continuous integration teams.
* The position specializes in designing, building, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting everything required to develop and test the MINI-LINK product, including the MINI-LINK itself.
* Designing, building, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting the MINI-LINK and third-party (3pp) products within the test environment and CI system.
* Maintaining a trusted, always-on, and continuously improving test environment, with responsibilities including physical security, cooling, power, and documentation.
* Managing and coordinating Ericsson Engineering Environment services, processes, and deliverables.
* Providing service-minded support and solutions to a wide range of stakeholders.
* Leading hardware and electrical technicians in designing an efficient and cost-effective test environment.
