- Support the transition from document-based to model-based development, ensuring robust system architecture and integration across all program phases.
- Contribute to the creation of strategic product roadmaps, system definitions (operational, logical, physical, and functional), and requirement flow-downs to R&T, demonstrator programs, and product development.
- Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure a system-based approach to planning and execution, supporting trade-off decisions that balance safety, performance, cost, and weight.
- Act as a key technical point of contact with customers throughout development programs, fostering strong and trusted relationships.
- Promote a culture of problem avoidance and quality improvement through D-FMEA, P-FMEA, and proactive project planning.
- Develop and maintain the organization’s central knowledge repository for aircraft, engine systems, and product know-how—current and future.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and the establishment of MBSE best practices across programs.
- Identify MBSE training needs and contribute to developing internal competence in systems engineering methodologies.
What you bring:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry with hands-on exposure to systems engineering practices.
- Proven expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and practical experience with tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, System Modeling Workbench, or MagicDraw.
- Strong understanding of INCOSE systems engineering standards and best practices.
- Proficiency in SysML and familiarity with the ARCADIA methodology.
- Solid background in thermodynamics, gas dynamics, aerodynamics, turbomachinery, and performance analysis, with experience in relevant simulation software.
- Experience in multidisciplinary design and optimization is advantageous.
- Programming knowledge in Python and/or MATLAB is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers.
- Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented and solution-driven approach to complex technical challenges.
- Passion for aerospace innovation, combined with a strong ability to connect technical insight to business value and program objectives.
