Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager -EU Pay Transparency Directive Compliance to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and execute a feasibility study and current state analysis of HR processes and systems related to pay transparency and reporting.
- Identify organizational and system gaps against upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements and define practical measures to achieve compliance.
- Analyze current system support, including Workday and local payroll systems, and assess the need for complementary or integrated solutions.
- Coordinate activities with internal HR stakeholders, external partners, and advisors to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Develop structured plans, presentations, and decision-making materials for senior management.
- Support the design of a reporting framework to meet local and EU-level regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with HR leadership to drive the project forward in a structured, clear, and results-oriented manner.
What you bring:
- Proven experience working with Pay Transparency, Pay Equity, or Total Rewards initiatives.
- Solid background in HR project management or change management within international HR contexts.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and data management, ideally including Workday.
- Experience conducting feasibility studies, gap analyses, and compliance assessments.
- Excellent communication skills and full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to operate effectively in multinational environments, coordinating across several countries.
- Experience with job structures, compensation strategies, and pay frameworks is a plus.
- Knowledge of EU directives related to pay transparency and gender equality reporting is highly beneficial.
- Previous collaboration with Willis Towers Watson or similar advisory partners is an advantage.
- Experience from HR transformation or system implementation projects is meritorious.
- Structured, self-driven, and collaborative personality with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, work methodically, and develop concrete plans and executive presentations in a business-minded yet approachable manner.
