Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer – Industrialization to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Plan, execute, and follow up verification and qualification of products and production equipment
• Develop and implement FMEA, control plans, FAI, and capability analyses
• Analyze results from MSA and Gage R&R studies
• Lead and coordinate quality improvement initiatives across production areas
• Participate and lead meetings focused on quality and process enhancements
• Investigate root causes of deviations, define corrective actions, and ensure follow-up
• Conduct quality audits for products and processes
• Apply statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and improve production quality

What you bring:

• Civil/university engineering degree or equivalent experience in quality, mechanics, or chemistry
• Proven experience in quality engineering within a production environment
• Knowledge of test/measurement equipment approval methods, including MSA and Gage R&R, with tools such as Minitab
• Understanding of quality systems and standards
• Experience in Lean methodologies, root cause analysis, and FMEA
• B-class driver’s license
• Strong communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Adaptable personality with openness to change and continuous development
