Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Tester to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Plan, design, and execute manual tests based on requirements and user flows.
• Build, maintain, and enhance automated test suites (API, UI, regression).
• Contribute to team testing strategy and methodology.
• Collaborate with operations to understand business logic, risk flows, and regulatory requirements.
• Report test results, defects, and improvement suggestions.
• Support the team in implementing “shift-left testing” and fostering a quality-focused development approach.

What You Bring:

• 4–8 years of experience in system development testing.
• 2–3 years of hands-on test automation experience.
• Experience in banking, finance, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or RestAssured.
• Basic programming skills in C#.
• Experience with API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps / Octopus Deploy.
• Understanding of database (SQL) and integration testing.
• Familiarity with version control systems, e.g., Git, and working in agile teams.
• Knowledge of banking concepts such as KYC, AML, PSD2, credit assessment, or contract management.
• Ability to work in regulated environments with strong attention to data quality.
• Meticulous, structured, independent, yet collaborative with strong communication skills.
• Curiosity and understanding of both business processes and technology.
