Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect (D365 Finance & Operation and Commerce) to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Act as a functional consultant for D365 FO and Commerce, creating solution designs that drive business process improvements
• Lead integration design from omnichannel sales order capture systems into D365 FO and Commerce, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with business objectives
• Ensure all integration solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security protocols, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with functional architects, developers, and product teams to translate business needs into practical, coherent, and scalable integration solutions
• Maintain clear documentation including functional design documents (FDD), integration design documents (IDD), data contracts, configuration documents, and operational procedures
• Provide leadership to ensure quality, performance, security, and scalability of integration solutions through rigorous testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Engage stakeholders to align solution designs with operational requirements and strategic goals

What you bring:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing effective solution architectures for D365 FO and Commerce, particularly in retail operations and integrations
• Deep understanding of D365 FO and Commerce data entities, integration frameworks, and configuration capabilities
• Experience with Azure integration services and the design of seamless connectivity across enterprise systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills to convey complex technical concepts in business terms
• Ability to work in agile, product-oriented, and collaborative environments while adapting to evolving business requirements
• Relevant certifications for D365 FO and Commerce demonstrating expertise and credibility
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery of integration solutions
• Strong knowledge of retail, supply chain, and financial business processes to ensure solutions align with organizational goals
• Proven capability to translate stakeholder insights into actionable technical solutions with measurable business impact
