Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead projects within field quality, managing both embedded software and hardware initiatives for e-Mobility and conventional powertrains.
• Guide a problem-solving team to analyze deviations, identify root causes, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure on-time project delivery with high-quality results in line with project timelines.
• Collaborate across functions to maintain a holistic perspective while addressing detailed technical and project requirements.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions effectively to stakeholders.

What you bring:

• Several years of experience as a project leader or in powertrain R&D and/or embedded software development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to guide teams toward goals under pressure.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with the capacity to manage stress and uncertainty.
• Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Design, or equivalent) or relevant work experience in software development, product development, production, or purchasing.
