Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Laboratory Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Operate and maintain X-ray instruments and other laboratory equipment, including package quality lab tools, to support research and development projects.
• Ensure high standards of equipment reliability, data integrity, and compliance with safety procedures.
• Collect, analyze, and document experimental data according to laboratory protocols.
• Develop and optimize experimental methods to improve precision, efficiency, and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with other engineers, researchers, and external partners to support project objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory processes, methods, and technical performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and experimental setups to maintain smooth laboratory operations.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Hands-on experience with X-ray or similar analytical techniques is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a team environment.
• Patient and methodical approach to conducting complex experiments and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
