Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Coding Scrum Master – .NET / C# (MedTech)

What You Will Work On

• Plan and develop new features and product improvements using C#/.NET.
• Facilitate and maintain agile structures and Scrum ceremonies.
• Support and enable the team during sprints, removing impediments and ensuring flow.
• Perform technical analyses and investigations.
• Produce technical documentation including design, requirements, and test specifications.
• Maintain and further develop existing products.
• Work closely with other development teams in an integrated environment.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Apply automated testing practices including TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).

What You Bring

• Relevant academic degree (BSc/MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.
• Strong experience in software development using C#/.NET.
• Previous experience acting as Scrum Master in agile teams.
• Experience with product development and understanding of full product lifecycle.
• Experience working in regulated or quality-assured development environments (e.g., MedTech).
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive approach.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
