Account Manager managing and growing a portfolio of Swedish accounts

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team in Sweden. This is a pivotal role focused on managing and growing a portfolio of Swedish accounts across various channels including traditional trade, modern retail, and digital platforms. You will act as a strategic liaison between Weber and our partners, driving commercial excellence, regional execution, and long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a defined portfolio of retail and B2B accounts across Sweden.
  • Develop and implement account plans aligned with regional commercial strategy and local market dynamics.
  • Lead annual contract negotiations, pricing reviews, and margin optimization in collaboration with local sales leads.
  • Execute retail marketing campaigns, promotions, POS material deployment, and activations in partnership with Retail Marketing and field teams.
  • Consolidate market insights and account feedback to support demand planning and forecast accuracy.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, customer data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders through regular business reviews and commercial discussions.
  • Monitor competitive activity and share insights to inform pricing, product, and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with trade agreements, brand guidelines, and commercial policies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an excellent end-to-end customer experience, from onboarding to aftersales support.
  • Work closely with the Country Manager Sales and Key Account Manager to drive sales performance in Sweden.
  • Represent Weber at sales meetings, training sessions, store demos, and retail build-ups.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management within the Swedish market.
  • Proven success in structured retail and/or traditional trade environments.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and managing diverse accounts.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging across senior customer and internal functions.
  • Highly analytical with proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting platforms.
  • A proactive self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English; additional European languages are a plus.
