Junior Clay Modeller

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Clay Modeller to support design programs through the development of physical models. This entry-level role focuses on learning professional craftsmanship within a studio environment. You will assist in creating and refining interior and exterior models, working from digital data, sketches, and design direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare clay, armatures, and model setups.
• Assist with basic surface development and model maintenance for reviews.
• Support 3D scanning, CNC milling, and finishing processes.
• Collaborate with designers, digital modelers, and engineers to ensure design intent is accurate.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant training or initial professional experience in clay modelling.
• Basic understanding of industrial or automotive design studio processes.
• Familiarity with digital-to-physical workflows.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow technical guidance for scanning and milling preparation.
