Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead end-to-end delivery of market launches within the program for a specific country.
• Establish and manage market-level plans including scope, milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare decision materials and secure approvals from governance forums.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to deliver product, integrations, and operational readiness.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams, markets, and partners.
• Monitor progress and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) activities.
• Escalate critical issues and decisions to program management, steering committees, and decision forums.
• Ensure test outcomes across SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing are completed successfully.
• Coordinate country-specific readiness including payments, compliance, and operational preparation.
• Ensure regulatory, operational, and management reporting requirements are captured and validated.
• Lead go-live planning including cutover activities, runbooks, rollback strategies, and communications.
• Support go-live validation, smoke testing, and hypercare stabilization period.
• Track progress, manage deviations from plan, and drive mitigation actions.
• Provide clear reporting on status, risks, issues, and decision needs to program leadership.

What You Bring

• Several years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex releases or market launches in banking or financial services.
• Strong planning and governance capabilities including milestone planning and dependency management.
• Hands-on experience managing RAID processes and delivery risks.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with product teams, integration teams, testing teams, operations, and compliance functions.
• Solid understanding of testing cycles such as SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing in regulated environments.
• Experience preparing decision materials and working with steering committees or executive governance groups.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex delivery topics and drive decisions across organizations.
• Experience working in international and multi-cultural environments.
• Structured and delivery-focused with a strong time-to-market mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple dependencies and maintain progress in large programs.
