Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Coordinate daily with production planners, production leaders, and the SCM team to ensure timely availability of materials.
 - Apply a practical and proactive approach to production planning and scheduling.
 - Manage and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
 - Support material resource planning activities to maintain optimal inventory levels.
 - Follow up on purchase orders to ensure delivery compliance and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
 - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth production and procurement operations.
 - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain and production workflows.
 
What you bring:
- Proven experience in procurement coordination or supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing or energy environment.
 - Familiarity with SAP systems; experience in an SAP-driven environment is a strong advantage.
 - Understanding of material requirements planning (MRP) principles and processes.
 - Knowledge of inventory handling, balance adjustments, and quality issue resolution.
 - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking, and analysis.
 - Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
 - Detail-oriented, structured, and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a global organization.
