Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager – Dynamics 365 to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end IT service delivery for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Act as a key point of coordination between business operations, internal IT teams and external service providers
• Drive effective supplier management and follow-up of service levels (SLA) and performance metrics (KPIs)
• Oversee release planning, incident management and problem resolution
• Ensure stable, high-quality service delivery with continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare service reports and provide clear communication to stakeholders
• Secure alignment between business needs and IT service delivery

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management within complex environments
• Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations services
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and experience working with SLA and KPI management
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple suppliers and cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of both business processes and technical landscapes
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Experience from retail environments (meritorious)
• Experience working with larger integration landscapes (20+ integrations, meritorious)
• Strategic and business-oriented mindset with strong delivery focus
• Relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Structured, self-driven and able to prioritize in complex environments
