These new supercomputers are extremely fast and draw huge amount of power, testing the limits of power distribution, liquid cooling, network & storage capacity Join us and shape Ericsson in the age of AI! What you will do: * Make informed technical decisions and to push innovation within our organization and be aligned with our partner organizations who are using and managing R&D IT and Test environment. * Owning/driving technical inquiries and collaborating with others to improve the working environment for our users. This includes driving both high level and detailed architectural studies within Lab Operations and jointly with other stakeholders on R&D IT level. * Understanding our architecture today, the services we offer and how they fit into the R&D IT architectural landscape. * Be a technical leader that help the organization as we continue forward with DevSecOps while also start exploring MLOps. * Lab Operations support in the development and management of high performance GPU clusters optimized for AI, while also offering services for physical lab infrastructure, hardware asset management and infrastructure services including the areas of networking, storage, management infrastructure and security. The skills you bring: * Proven experience in IT architecture, including Enterprise Architecture, with broad knowledge of technologies such as storage, IT security, IP networking, and monitoring, applied in large enterprise environments; practical, hands-on experience with current IT systems. * A desire for technological excellence, knowledge and understanding, including (but not necessarily limited to) of topics including the AI/Machine Learning lifecycle, IT automation, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), datacenter and WAN * Broad understanding of relevant technologies, i.e., storage solutions, IT security, IP networking, monitoring and their use in large enterprise environments * Strong collaborator who works effectively across teams and contributes to shared goals; able to leverage or build a broad professional network within the organization and with external partners. * Skills to independently drive studies across virtual teams within or across R&D IT organizations * Knowledge in Information and IT Security processes (ISMS/ISO27k) and technology are a benefit * Education at master’s level or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
