We’re hiring - Scandinavian Sales Manager
As a growing company with strong ambitions in the Nordic market, we are now looking for a Scandinavian Sales Manager to lead our expansion and strengthen our position across the region. Join us on our exciting growth journey and help us spread the joy of play even further.
About the Role
As our Scandinavian Sales Manager, you will take the lead of our sales team and develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth. You will open new markets, and build strong partnerships with key retail and distribution partners. You will play a crucial role in expanding Toyrock Group’s footprint across the Scandinavian market, ensuring long-term profitability and brand visibility.
Key responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and support Scandinavian sales team to achieve and exceed regional targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Scandinavia to achieve sustainable and profitable growth, with full responsibility for the Business Unit’s P&L.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships across Denmark, Sweden & Norway.
• Manage key accounts and strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors, and e-commerce partners.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor insights, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, category, and logistics for seamless market execution.
• Represent Toyrock Group at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings across the region.
What we expect from you
We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven sales professional with a passion for growth, collaboration, and customer success. You combine strategic vision with an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset, and you know how to turn opportunities into tangible results.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Proven experience in profitable sales or business development, ideally within consumer goods, toys, or retail distribution.
• Proven experience in strategic sales and budgeting, with a consistent record of driving growth and expanding into new markets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A solid understanding of wholesale and distribution processes.
• Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian).
• A relevant degree or certification in business, sales, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Nordic region.
