Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Design and develop clear, user-friendly dashboards in Power BI based on internal customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and prioritize user stories and data needs.
• Coach and guide internal customers toward effective, simplified BI solutions that drive decision-making.
• Work alongside data engineers to define and refine backend data requirements supporting BI solutions.
• Apply Power BI best practices in data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design to ensure scalability, performance, and quality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI processes and collaboration frameworks as part of a growing, data-driven organization.
• Communicate and document technical and business insights clearly in both Swedish and English, adapting to a bilingual work environment.

What you bring:

• Extensive hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Proven experience engaging directly with stakeholders and understanding business challenges to deliver actionable insights.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into meaningful visualizations.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, DAX, and Power BI performance optimization techniques.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.
