Electrician specialist, Data Centre project

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Electrician to join our growing team on a large-scale data centre project in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, as well as supporting quality control (QC) processes to ensure compliance with client specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation, wiring, containment, and termination work on low- and medium-voltage systems.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation.
• Conduct functional testing and verification of electrical systems to ensure operational integrity.
• Support the Quality Control team by inspecting and verifying electrical work against design specifications and QA/QC documentation.
• Record and report installation progress, test results, and non-conformances.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and QA/QC personnel to resolve technical or quality-related issues.
• Ensure all work complies with Swedish electrical regulations, company standards, and health & safety policies.
• Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist in preparing handover packages.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certified Electrician in Sweden or equivalent European qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in industrial, commercial, or data centre electrical projects.
• Familiarity with data centre power systems (LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, etc.) is an advantage.
• Experience with QA/QC processes, including inspection checklists, testing, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of Swedish electrical codes and safety procedures.
• Ability to work from electrical drawings and technical documentation in English.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
