Spotters for Data Center Construction Sites in Gävle and Sandviken

About the role

NORTHLANE is looking for several Spotters for data center projects in Gävle and Sandviken.

As a Spotter, you will contribute to a safe and well-organized working environment. You will work on the project site, observe ongoing activities, and identify potential risks or deviations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor safety on the project site.
• Identify and report risks and deviations.
• Communicate clearly with work teams and contractors.
• Help ensure that instructions and safety procedures are followed.
• Contribute to a safe and well-organized working environment.

The role involves extended periods of standing and walking.

We are looking for someone who

• Can communicate in English at work, both verbally and in writing.
• Is able to arrange reliable transport to and from the workplace, as public transport is not available.
• Can follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Works well with others.
• Is observant, responsible, and punctual.
• Has the physical ability required to carry out the work.

Desirable but not required

• Previous experience in construction, industry, project-based work, or safety-related roles.
• Swedish language skills are not required.

Employment conditions

• Project-based fixed-term employment.
• Work locations: Gävle and Sandviken.
• The work is mainly carried out during the daytime, but evening and weekend work may occur.
