Transaction Project Manager & Team Leader

• You have solid experience (around 10+ years) within real estate transactions or similar
• You’ve led complex deals and feel confident structuring and negotiating agreements
• You bring strong leadership experience and enjoy coaching and developing others
• You’re comfortable working across functions and managing multiple stakeholders
• You combine strong analytical skills with sound judgement and business understanding
• You communicate clearly and build trust through collaboration

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Lead end-to-end acquisition and divestment transactions
• Define deal structures and lead negotiations to secure the best possible outcome
• Build and use your network to stay close to market opportunities and insights
• Bring together cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities and risks
• Analyse investment cases and prepare decision material for approvals
• Ensure clear documentation and transparency throughout the transaction process
• Guide and develop a team of transaction professionals
• Collaborate across the organisation to secure alignment and progress
