We are looking for our next Social Media Lead. In this role, you will lead Axel Arigato's organic social media strategy by developing culturally relevant, platform-specific content that enhances brand identity, drives community engagement, and establishes the brand as a leader in digital culture. This position integrates creative strategy, direct content production, and operational management to ensure the delivery of high-performing social media output.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Channel Strategy & Management: oversee daily posts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, Threads, and new platforms; maintain brand voice and aesthetic; manage and optimize targeting and scheduling

  • Content Planning & Creation: develop concepts, shoot, and edit short-form, video-first content; build moodboards and shot lists; capture content in-office, at events, retail, and shoots

  • Influencer & Creator Coordination: assist with creator campaigns.

  • Trend Leadership: monitor platform trends; suggest proactive content ideas; ensure brand stays culturally relevant

  • Reporting & Insights: support weekly and monthly KPI reports; share insights for performance decks; recommend strategy changes

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with Brand, Performance and Commercial teams to align content with campaigns and launches.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

  • At least 5 years in social media, marketing, editorial, or similar roles within fashion, lifestyle, or culture-focused brands

  • 3-4 years specializing in short-form social video content creation

  • Culturally immersed, trend-aware, creative, fast-thinking

  • Highly organized and solutions-driven

  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaborative mindset
