Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Business & System Analyst

What you will work on

• Leading business process mapping activities including As-Is and To-Be analysis
• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and improvement opportunities
• Gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements
• Ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the development and implementation lifecycle
• Contributing to solution design and architecture discussions
• Analyzing system integrations and data flows across distributed systems
• Performing hands-on technical tasks, including SQL queries, stored procedures, and troubleshooting production data issues
• Developing reports and performing minor code updates in C#/.NET when required
• Collaborating with development teams working with Angular-based applications
• Supporting Agile development processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews
• Working closely with business, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful implementation of solutions

What you bring

• Strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM) including As-Is and To-Be process mapping
• Proven experience leading requirement gathering independently
• Experience writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
• Structured approach to requirement traceability, validation, and documentation
• Experience contributing to solution design and system architecture discussions
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and distributed system environments
• Experience working with both on-premise and cloud-based systems
• Ability to assess technical impact of business changes
• Understanding of ISEC regulations and security requirements
