Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior AI Agent Engineer to design and implement agentic AI solutions that automate workflows and deliver measurable business impact.

What you will work on:

• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI workflows using LLM-based platforms
• Implement AI-driven automation for software development, customer support, and operations
• Lead experimentation and validation of AI use cases with real business outcomes
• Integrate AI services with internal systems and data sources
• Develop AI-enabled services and embed AI into operational data products
• Support scalable data pipelines using technologies such as Kafka and Databricks
• Collaborate cross-functionally as a technical lead within AI initiatives
• Contribute to optimization of autonomous transport and operational systems

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, IT, or related field
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience working with agentic AI solutions
• 5+ years of experience as a software developer
• Strong understanding of LLM-based architectures and AI-driven workflows
• Experience integrating AI solutions with data platforms and system APIs
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Results-driven mindset with focus on scalable, business-impacting AI solutions
