We are now looking for Solution Architect to join our Commission Systems and Processes, within Finance IT team.

How you’ll make a difference with us

We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect with strong engineering capabilities to lead the design, development, and evolution of our Commission Systems and Processes, within Finance IT team. This is a unique opportunity to combine architectural thinking with practical, in-depth coding skills to shape a mission-critical domain within our business.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of our end-to-end commission landscape—ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across calculation engines, data flows, integration layers, and user-facing tools. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate commercial logic into scalable technical solutions that support both current and future business strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Design and own the architecture for our commission platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

• Write high-quality code and lead by example in key components, prototypes, and technical deep-dives.

• Translate complex commercial rules into clear system designs, data models, and calculation logic.

• Guide engineering teams on implementation choices, technical standards, and integration best practices.

• Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and enhance the commission lifecycle.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, finance, commercial, and operational teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.

• Ensure data quality and integrity across source systems, transformation layers, and reporting outputs.

• Contribute to long-term strategy for commission platforms, including modernization efforts and migration planning.

Who You Are

• A solution-oriented architect with strong coding skills and hands-on experience building data-driven or rule-based systems.

• You have deep knowledge of system integration, API design, data models, and event-driven or batch processing patterns.

• You’re comfortable leading both high-level architecture and practical implementation.

• You have experience in domains such as commissions, billing, finance, compensation, or similar rule-heavy environments (a plus, not required).

• You enjoy working closely with business stakeholders and can translate their needs into technical outcomes.

• You value clean architecture, long-term maintainability, and smart automation.

• You communicate clearly, proactively, and with a collaborative mindset.

What You Bring

• Several years of experience as a Solution Architect, Senior Developer, or similar technical leadership role.

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (such as C#, Java, Python, or Node.js).

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex logic into structured, scalable solutions.

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure, including serverless or container-based architectures.

• Comfortable working with data pipelines, SQL/NoSQL databases, and processing frameworks.

• A mindset for continuous improvement and the ability to challenge existing ways of working.
