Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Structure and maintain the technical file in accordance with applicable standards and directives.
• Collect, review, and organize test reports, certificates, and other relevant compliance documentation.
• Identify gaps or deviations in documentation and propose appropriate corrective measures.
• Conduct and document risk analyses, and recommend relevant actions to ensure product compliance.
• Define and implement processes and routines for the management of the technical file.
• Train internal staff on compliance procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on the interpretation and application of relevant standards and regulations.

What you bring:

• Strong competence in relevant European regulations and directives, including the Machinery Directive, ATEX, EMC, LVD, and Ecodesign.
• Proven experience in implementing compliance processes and routines within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured, proactive, and driven approach to work.
• Ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly and effectively.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
