Ericsson AB Join our Team About The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and creative RF Developer to join our high-performing team in the Test Environment domain within the IV&C department of PEU Radio. Based in Kista, Sweden, you will contribute to RF design, requirements definition, and lab documentation to support our radio testing initiatives. What You Will Do •    Perform formal design verification activities for test environments used in multi-standard radio performance verification. •    Plan, develop, and implement RF calculations for components and the entire test environment. •    Formally document requirement specifications for components and test environments. •    Collaborate with suppliers to optimize component performance. •    Troubleshoot and improve the lab environment to support design and verification efforts. •    Contribute to the overall success of the Radio Verification team goals. The Skills You Bring •    Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent experience). •    Experience with RF and filter technology and general RF field design. •    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, self-motivated mindset. •    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international setting. •    Good presentation skills and attention to detail, with a calm, diplomatic demeanor. •    Proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Office and Linux; basic networking knowledge. •    Understanding of wireless systems and basic communications theory; familiarity with RF components (e.g., amplifiers, filters, directional couplers) and RF instruments (e.g., signal generators, spectrum analyzers) is preferred. •    Ability to work both in a team and independently, with a strong focus on quality and documentation.
