Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for suppliers transitioning from the current Supplier Portal to the new platform
- Manage communication, training, and support activities for suppliers throughout the transition period
- Conduct supplier surveys to collect insights on current platform usage, identify challenges, and segment suppliers for a phased transition approach
- Plan and execute a structured transition timeline based on supplier readiness and feedback
- Develop and deliver clear, engaging communications to suppliers outlining the purpose of the change, expected benefits, key milestones, and next steps
- Assess training needs and create comprehensive learning materials, including written guides, FAQs, and video tutorials
- Publish, maintain, and update training and support content as the transition progresses
- Provide hands-on support for suppliers during onboarding and assist new suppliers joining the platform
- Collaborate closely with procurement, IT, and supplier management teams to ensure a smooth and consistent change process
What you bring:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to large and diverse global audiences
- Experience in supplier communication, onboarding, or training, ideally within a procurement or supply chain environment
- Understanding of procurement processes, supplier data flows, and system transitions
- Experience developing and delivering communication and training materials for digital platforms
- Structured and proactive approach, with excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring smooth execution across multiple tasks and timelines
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams and culture
