We are now helping Samsung Nordics to find a driven Key Account Manager to join the Consumer Electronics team!
This is a full-time position starting asap. Remote work (within Sweden) is possible for this position.
Key responsibilities in the role:
- Sales Engineer B2B with KAM responsibilities
- Processing refrigeration companies, customers and consultants.
- Work independently but in close dialog with colleagues and the manager at Samsung.
- Plan and execute Samsung's customers product and sales courses, as well as other types of marketing activities such as events and fairs.
- Follow up customers development according to sales plans, forecasts and yearly targets.
- Work both with sales towards existing customer but also develop relationships with new ones.
- Work towards set targets and report according to a set reporting routine.
- Contribute to strengthening and further developing Samsung`s position in the market.
Experience required:
- High Level skills in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), Products and technical HVAC solutions
- Experience in presenting technical HVAC solutions
- Experience in finding new potential project and customers
- Experience in training of installers within HVAC
- Experience in Presentations
- Very Good MSOffice
- Are fluent in Swedish and English
- Have a driving license
Soft skills we are looking for:
- Result-oriented and driven by sales
- Have experience in sales to the installer level in heating, cooling and/or ventilation
- Have experience of conducting product and sales training courses
- Have an inspiring and coaching approach
- Is responsive, has high social skills and is able to communicate easily with other people
- Are flexible and solution-oriented and have a structured way of working
- Be flexible, change-oriented and willing to adapt to a fast-paced global environment. The candidate must have analytical skills and the ability to create strategic business plans together with customers.
- You must be highly structured, with a high level of energy and visual drive. Good communicator with excellent negotiation and social skills.
- Capable of translating customer’s strategies, building relationships and opening doors.
- Being able to see and understand market dynamics and translate into business opportunities.

For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta.
