Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Coordinate and manage daily facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance across Siemens Energy Sweden’s sites
  • Oversee property management activities, including preventive maintenance, supplier coordination, and issue resolution
  • Plan and execute small-scale maintenance projects from initiation to completion
  • Lead weekly operational meetings to follow up on work orders, performance metrics, and ongoing maintenance needs
  • Place and manage service orders in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Act as the main contact for suppliers and contractors, ensuring service quality and compliance with company standards
  • Identify and report technical faults, follow up on resolutions, and ensure documentation of maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with the Real Estate and Facility Management teams to align operations with long-term sustainability, efficiency, and safety goals
  • Support cross-functional coordination with other hard FM and project teams within the Real Estate department

What you bring:

  • Several years of experience as an Operations Technician or similar role within real estate or facility management
  • Post-secondary education in control systems, operations technology, or a related technical discipline
  • Strong technical understanding of building systems, maintenance operations, and facility management processes
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
  • Proficiency with digital tools and facility management systems
  • Self-driven, solution-oriented, and decisive, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Demonstrated holistic understanding of facility operations and a proactive approach to improvement
  • Willingness to travel within Sweden as required

Meritorious:

  • Leadership or team coordination experience
  • In-depth knowledge of facility management or building technology industries
  • Familiarity with fire systems and safety protocols
  • Interest in operational management and continuous process improvement
