Electronics Engineer – Illumination & Power Outlet

You will join an in-house team within the automotive industry working with interior systems such as interior illumination and power outlets (e.g., wireless charging, USB and 12V). The team works cross-functionally across hardware, software and test, with close collaboration to ensure robust solutions and a strong in-car user experience.

• Act as hardware responsible in development projects for illumination and power outlet solutions
• Lead hardware and electronics development in close cooperation with suppliers to ensure requirements and quality targets are met
• Create and maintain requirement specifications for electronics/hardware
• Evaluate hardware performance in rigs and in vehicles
• Support and contribute to test activities together with test engineers
• Participate in packaging discussions to secure required space and integration in future vehicles
• Collaborate closely with the project leader, software responsible and test engineer, and coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders (e.g., design, EMC, ergonomics and electrical performance)

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical training/experience
• Min 3-4 years of Experience in electronic development
• Experience in electronic requirement management
• Good English skills, verbally and in writing
• Valid B driving license
• Fluent Swedish

• Experience from the automotive industry
