We are now seeking a Solution architect for one of our clients.

Assignment description Assignment consists of analysing requirements and specifying technical solutions that meet the requirements and needs of the business and meet overall architectural principles in the above-mentioned areas. The tasks include functional, non-functional and technical requirements analysis, design of solutions, selection of system components, specification of integration needs and estimation of development time.

The Swedish Transport Agency has initiated work with the aim of developing a cohesive joint strategy for the digital meeting. This will help citizens and businesses to see the digital meeting as the first choice in their contacts with the authority.

The goal is to create consensus on the digital meeting and a strategy going forward. An important part is to develop the Swedish Transport Agency's website and e-services into effective support that makes everyday life easier for citizens and businesses.

Offering My Pages as a logged-in option for our visitors to find collected information and easily move between our various e-services is a way forward for the Swedish Transport Agency to offer an effective digital meeting.

The consultant will be involved in the entire development process: analysis, design, testing and implementation. In order to have manageable systems, documentation is important, and this includes the task of producing and updating documentation for architecture, entire solutions as well as for service contracts, integration specifications and service maps.

The assignment can be transferred to other assignments based on the needs of the agency and the IT department.

The assignment is security classified, which as a general rule means that the consultant cannot begin his or her assignment until a protective security agreement has been signed and the security clearance has been completed. For the current assignment, this means that the consultant is expected to be able to start week 21 at the earliest and is valid from the date of signing the agreement and two (2) years ahead.

Relevant knowledge/experience: Competence level 3 (4-8 years). At least 3 years of experience working as an IT architect in projects with complex distributed systems with many integration points. At least 3 years of experience in building solutions with service-oriented architecture. At least 3 years of experience with Visual Studio C#.NET. At least 3 years of experience with MS SQL Server. At least 3 years of work experience documenting architecture with Enterprise Architect. At least 3 years of work experience in UML for modeling and design. At least 3 years of work experience in designing and building solutions with ASP.NET MVC as a presentation layer. Should-requirements Several years of experience of having worked in the public sector. At least 2 years of experience with Team Foundation Server/ADS. At least 1 year of experience in system integrations with MS Biztalk Server. At least 2 years of experience in WCF or similar techniques. At least 3 years of experience in Agile working methodsGood ability to master Swedish in speech and writing.
