Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Coordinate and drive the development, maintenance, and lifecycle management of products used in high-precision manufacturing environments.
- Serve as the central contact point for technical decisions, supplier coordination, and customer interactions.
- Establish and structure processes, documentation, and ways of working to support the successful introduction and long-term sustainability of new products.
- Lead investigations, make informed technical decisions, and ensure product quality and compliance with internal standards and change management processes.
- Drive continuous improvement across hardware and associated software components to enhance performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the technical interface between customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams, ensuring efficient communication and alignment.
- Support marketing and sales teams with product knowledge, technical input, and customer insights.
- Contribute technical expertise to related projects and cross-functional development initiatives.
What you bring:
- A university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in electronics, mechatronics, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics hardware development or a related engineering field.
- Proven ability to work across functional boundaries and manage technical coordination between multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.
- Hands-on technical judgment and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
- Advantageous experience in system installations involving hardware, software, configuration, and integrations.
- Understanding of PC architecture and components, as well as experience in software or mechanical domains.
- Familiarity with supplier and customer collaboration, particularly in quality-focused environments.
