Site Agent

We are currently seeking experienced Site Agents to lead and coordinate on-site civil and structural works across active projects in Sweden and Europe.

The selected candidates must be ready to start on-site immediately and will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety requirements, and reporting project progress within AFNORD PMO's framework.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations and supervise field teams
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site engineers
• Ensure work is performed according to design drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Manage materials, logistics, and equipment for efficient site operations
• Monitor productivity, progress, and quality against project schedules
• Conduct site inspections and ensure documentation and reporting are accurate
• Lead coordination meetings with project management, engineering, and HSE personnel
• Identify potential risks and implement corrective measures

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years' experience in civil or infrastructure project delivery
• Previous experience as a Site Agent, Construction Manager, or Senior Engineer
• Strong understanding of reinforced concrete, earthworks, and structural works
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schedules, and method statements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills
• English required; Swedish or another European language is an advantage
• Driving licence (B) preferred
• EU work eligibility preferred – Work permit sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates
