Assignment Description:

What you will work on:

• Manage supplier relationships and act as the primary point of contact for machinery sourcing
• Negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with project objectives, requirements, and budget
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and suppliers to support project deliverables
• Ensure suppliers receive accurate and timely information to meet delivery expectations
• Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor progress, proactively resolving issues and risks
• Support CAPEX procurement processes with structured documentation and analysis
• Contribute to stakeholder management and project reporting to ensure transparency and alignment

What you bring:

• Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and supplier relationship management
• Background in machinery sourcing, technical procurement, or similar industrial procurement
• Demonstrated experience in CAPEX procurement, including planning, execution, and follow-up
• Strong organizational and structured work approach, with ability to deliver results through collaboration
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Confidence in handling complex supplier negotiations and ensuring performance and value delivery
