Assignment Description:
What you will work on:
- Manage supplier relationships and act as the primary point of contact for machinery sourcing
- Negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with project objectives, requirements, and budget
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and suppliers to support project deliverables
- Ensure suppliers receive accurate and timely information to meet delivery expectations
- Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor progress, proactively resolving issues and risks
- Support CAPEX procurement processes with structured documentation and analysis
- Contribute to stakeholder management and project reporting to ensure transparency and alignment
What you bring:
- Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and supplier relationship management
- Background in machinery sourcing, technical procurement, or similar industrial procurement
- Demonstrated experience in CAPEX procurement, including planning, execution, and follow-up
- Strong organizational and structured work approach, with ability to deliver results through collaboration
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Confidence in handling complex supplier negotiations and ensuring performance and value delivery
