Head of the European Channel

Title: Head of the European Channel

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Channel Development and Management Specialist. The person will be responsible for developing, building, and managing the company’s channel partner ecosystem, including agents, distributors, system integrators, and value-added resellers. The core objective is to expand market coverage, increase product sales, and ensure sustainable and healthy channel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute regional or national channel strategies and plans aligned with overall business objectives.

2. Channel Development: Identify, evaluate, recruit, and sign new channel partners that fit the company’s strategic requirements.

3. Channel Management: Maintain day-to-day relationships, provide training and support, and manage partner performance (including sales targets, inventory, and payments).

4. Enablement: Empower partners with product knowledge, sales skills, marketing, and technical support to enhance their capabilities.

5. Market Insight: Monitor market trends and competitors’ channel strategies, and propose optimizations to maintain competitiveness.

6. Data-Driven Management: Analyze channel sales data, prepare performance reports, identify issues, and drive improvements for maximum efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 8 years of experience in channel development and management, preferably with proven experience in building overseas channel systems from scratch.

• Deep understanding of the full process of channel development, management, and incentive systems.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse partners.

• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and data reporting.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and problem-solving mindset.

• Able to travel frequently for business.

• Familiar with the robotics or technology industry market and channel operations.
