Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Evaluate compliance with NERC CIP, IEC 62443, IEEE, and other relevant standards.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of OT/ICS systems.
• Deploy and manage IDS, SIEM, and endpoint protection solutions in OT environments.
• Design segmented network architectures including firewalls, DMZs, and VLANs.
• Secure IEC 61850 protocols (GOOSE, MMS, SMV) and related communication channels.
• Implement Zero Trust Architecture and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Monitor and validate third-party security patches for OT systems.
• Harden SCADA servers, HMIs, gateways, and other critical components.
• Support audit preparation and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with utilities, vendors, and regulators to maintain security standards.
• Participate in industry groups such as NERC, IEEE, ISA, and EPRI to stay current on best practices.

What you bring:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in OT cybersecurity with strong substation automation and SCADA expertise.
• Deep knowledge of IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus, MMS, and GOOSE protocols.
• Experience securing SCADA, RTU, IED, and EMS systems.
• Proficiency with SIEM, log management, and anomaly detection tools.
• Self-motivated, process-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
