Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on all activities on the construction site
• Coordinate and manage daily operations, including supervision of subcontractors (07–16)
• Ensure that schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
• Establish site logistics, manage work environment, and ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Act as BAS-U to oversee work environment and safety requirements
• Document progress, deviations, and follow-ups in digital project management tools
• Manage deliveries, inventory, and minor material procurement
• Report regularly to the project manager and support project management activities

What you bring:

• Previous experience as a site manager or supervisor in infrastructure, land, or energy projects
• Strong knowledge of work environment legislation and BAS-U responsibilities
• Understanding of construction law (AB) and experience in cost monitoring
• Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance
